Please critique my diet:
11:00am - wake with hangover
11:03 - shudder while attempting to not vomit
11:03:45 - vomit
12:45 - light a cigarette
12:55 - get out of bed
1:30pm - drink 3 beers to quiet the tremors in my hands. Have another cigarette.
1:35 - Try to decide between a flax oil and protein powder shake or an Advil and a chili cheese omelet.
2:00 - eat the omelet
4:00 - Pre-workout meal - some ho-ho's and an Atkins protein bar.
4:45 - Workout (meaning: wander around the gym until it's time to watch the chicks bend over in spandex in the pilates class)
4:49 - get kicked out if gym
5:30 - post workout meal - some chee-weez and diet shasta
6:30 - go to strip club to show off my "elite physique"
6:45 - run into that guy on the other discussion board who says "Temptations was sick this summer....SICK!"
6:50 - beat the crap out of him
7:00 - get thrown out of the strip club
8:55 (or sometime like that) - pass out (with cigarette)
