37 years, 200lbs. What's the minimum test e dose you'd recommend for keeping the test high and keeping the feel good feeling while on a primo cycle? I plan to run a 16 week primo cycle, and for the first 8 weeks (of the rest of summer) I want to run the test low and be in a lean gainer cycle, then I will switch it up by bumping the test up to about 400mg/w (along with calories) the rest of the cycle for more of a lean bulker into fall - but during the rest of summer I want to avoid test sides (fairly prone to estrogen and acne on test).
Would 125mg of test e a week be enough?
And at that low of dose can I get away with just pinning it once a week?
