Hey everybody, I have been off of here for a few months, but have still been hitting it hard in the gym. I am currently about 15 weeks out from my first NPC contest. I am about 12% bf at 229 lbs. dieting is great so far, but now I am going to try a tren enenthate / eq / winny cycle here in a few weeks to harden up a little and help with the bf loss. I plan on an 8 week cycle consisting of the following:
week 1-6 300mg tren enenthate 2x per week.
week 3-8 50 mg winny tabs every day
week 1-10 400mg eq every week.
week 1-5 ramp up & down cytomel, also using .40 -.60 mcg clen 2 weeks on then off 2 weeks, and eca stack during those off weeks. then back on.(25,25,25,25,50,50,50,50,75,75,75,75,100,100,100,100,75,75,75,75,50,50,50,50,25,25,25,25) I have done this before.
of course pct will immediately start after completion with hcg/clomid
this is my 6th cycle and first with eq or tren enenthate. Would there be a better way to do this one or is this about what an 8 weeker should look like.
diet will of course be on point being a precontest diet with 200-300 grams protein form chicken and beef. blah blah blah. Thanks and its great to be back!!!
