Good morning, I have been back lifting for two years. After 3 off with arrival of my daughter. I was bodybuilding before that for 8 years.
Stats: 39 years old
6ft and 90kg.
Not sure on bodyfat % I would guess about 16%.
My lifts are back to were they where, but I have now ground to a halt.
I have run a couple of cycles over 10 years ago, test enethate. Had good results, always ran good meds and post cycle.
Would like to run another cycle now, but with having a daughter and wife not to happy about having needles around the house ( which is where I work from). Are oral still a poor choice like back 10 years ago? Not looking for massive gains, more plateau breaking and a steady gain.
