I could use a few opinions of those who've been through it. My workouts had been progressing and I had been getting stronger. One day during a back workout while doing my first set of bent over close grip rows, I didn't get upright enough and hurt my low back. I finished the workout that day. I have always used good form and never had a problem through the years. I went to a chiropractor and started feeling better, but the pain still comes out of the blue some days and it hurts like a bitch. I'm still going for regular adjustments. Should I see a physical therapist of some kind. My chiropractor took x-rays and all and I have been seeing him a few times a week. I was doing better until just recently. I've been working out regularly and still going heavy, just careful. I've given up certain exercises for the time being, like bent over rows and barbell curls, subbing in different exercises for now. Anybody had any similar problems or have any educated suggestions? I start my next cycle in 4 weeks and want to be 100%, ready to rock and go heavy and get the most out of my cycle.
