Hey all..
its been 4 years since i "helped" my system, back in the days i was a deca and suspension user... not full fledged, just an occasional 3 or 6 week blitz = +/-15 pounds semi aggressive workout, averaging 3 times a year but maybe at most 4 times a year to maintain 170-175 lbs at 5'8".......
heres my question...
since im getting back in the scene,5'8" 150lbs,lean but down on body mass, ive been thinking about what type of cycle i should do.. been hearing alot of &$% about doing ONLY Sustenon250 or Deca on an 8 week cycle but not both together as to gradually put it back in my system to avoid being the poster boy of side effects.. ide like to get back up to 175....
what do you guys think?...any suggestions? Everyone here locally seems to know everything ((pun intented)) about what kind of cycle should be done, so i figured ide ask in public and see the results...
