Hey Guys, I need some advice from some of you who have been around for a while. I have been out of the gym for a cpl yrs do to an auto accident. Before the incident I was in the gym faithfully and had 5 cycles under my belt. I started working out again a cpl weeks ago and want to do another cycle. Would you guys start righ back on another cycle or work out a few months first? What are the pros and cons of starting back on a cycle after you have been out of the gym for a cpl yrs? Oh, if it helps any Im 6'3" tall 228 lbs,, with a 35" waist. Thanks in advance guys!

I'd train hard for some months before you start..reason is thatyou said you got into an accident and well we all know that on gear you become alot more intense and lift alot heavier, pushing yourself with every rep..in your case i dont know the extent of your injuries so you may hurt yourself while on...

So true I was in the same boat for some time But i hit the gym for about 4 months work out some problems with sore muscles and FISH IS 100% in that you will get strong quick a lot quicker than muscle and joints so I would say break yourself back in for a few moths Than start back up

Thanx guys. Its hard to start back over again. Makes me pretty damn disgusted when Im in the gym and can't even lift my dick... Grrr

listen to me i'm in the exact same boat. did 4 cycles then ended up for personal reasons taking 4 YEARS off after moving to a new city. still had good size but strength went into the shitter and put on some unwanted pounds.

i started up again 4 months ago with proper diet, 5x wk cardio, and weights. YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE how fast MUSCLE MEMORY kicks in! In 4 months my weight has stayed the same, bf% dropped, and i'm being told "you look thick dude are you working out again".

I HAVENT EVEN STARTED THE CYCLE YET!
