Back in da gym after a long layoff

I got back in the gym 2 months ago after 8 months of hiatus. Next time try DL's....

I was just relocating every 6 months and not getting lucky on contract extensions. So it was next to impossible to do anything long term

my rule of thumb now, "if I get hurt...game over"

I would go for it because you could be like me and simply can't
two weeks a go I pulled my hamstring due to overloading the damn leg curl machine, thus shit happens....
 
you weren't in florida very long.
 
As you get older your recovery time and resilience will be diminished. But you probably already know that.
 
Thats where supplements come in. I generally use Glutamine peptides / HMB and a protein shake pre workout just so I don't get too drained , but a first day back after several months will hurt no matter what you take

I may have to try Myogenx and Tribulus with AIFM just to see.
