I was just relocating every 6 months and not getting lucky on contract extensions. So it was next to impossible to do anything long term

gjohnson5 said:Thats where supplements come in. I generally use Glutamine peptides / HMB and a protein shake pre workout just so I don't get too drained , but a first day back after several months will hurt no matter what you take
I may have to try Myogenx and Tribulus with AIFM just to see.
