Back from Houston...

On my way to the gym. Had a good time visiting my sister. Went on another date with Kristy today since my mother asked me to stay the night in Houston last night, and she was stuck at her parent's house which is about 10 miles from my parent's house since her car is being worked on and she can't back to college station until then. She had me meet her mother and sister today... and her mother inisted that I stay a couple hours longer to visit when the weather got bad for a litle while instead of drive in it. Anywho, Kristy said she wants to see me again tomarrow when she gets back in town tomarrow night, and wants me to help her with her workouts then, she is trying to get into better shape. Overall things went very well with that, and she told me she decided the other guy she has been seeing is not at that great while we were eating lunch at Bennigan's.

Well i need to hit the gym, my sister and I am throwing a small pool party next saturday in Houston (Kristy wants to go) so I need to look all jacked. Be back on later tonight.

I have to talk to an investigator tomarrow in person for some offical police reports for that upcome case that I have been talking about.... borrowed some xanex to take tonight to calm my nerves and get a good night sleep. I took one last night (I have never tried an ani-anxiety med before) and it knocked me out and I feel awesome today. Later peeps.

Art, its ok. I feel like right now my life is going the way it should. Just got back from the gym, had a good workout. Looked a little flat when I got there (weighted only 220) but as soon as I got pumped up, my delts looks huge, and I had viens running I could see in the mirrors at the gym running through my chest and delts, and my chest had some nice striations in it. THey have flattened back out now. I think I need to carb up tomarrow night.

I know right... without me the drama would be reduced approximately 27% according to my estimates.... and as we all know drama is what keeps C&C alive. I predict roughly a 13% loss in platnum membership, and a 22% loss of total memership (which paid advertisers on the site will notice) both of which could led to a loss of income for the site. My God... it could mean the end of EF. Aren't you guys glad I did not die in a firey car accident on 290?

I just finished reading a great book that you'd probably like. You'd definitely benefit from it.

It's titled TRIUMPH OVER DARKNESS: Understanding and Healing the Trauma of Childhood Sexual Abuse. It's authored by Wendy Wood. It only costs $12.95. It's a book greared towards unerstanding and healing the trauma of childhood sexual abuse. It has powerful commentaries on incest, rape and abuse, women and men share their varied expereinces through poetry, prose and personal acocunts. You will learn that there is hope and a path toward wellness. The author is the founder of a nationwide networking agency whose purpose is to connect mental-health professionals with survivors of sexual abuse.
