Hey guys just wanna say it's good to be back! Was on the forum for a short ride but things are cooking for sure now...meaning I'm back and l
It's back to training, diet , and mental focus. I didn't express this before but caught the "bug" of powerlifting and One day hurt my lower rotator and that put me on the bench. Been pushing the therapy, rest, cardio and now ready for my first cycle back. Goals are lean gains, strength and recovery. Diet will be clean. Here's what I was thinking:
Low dose test prop 200-350 weeks 1-8
6mdrol weeks 2-8: 100/100/150/150/200/200mg
Heladrol weeks 2-8: 75/75/75/75/100/100
Hcgen weeks 4-8
N2gaurd 2-8
Gear 1-8
(Have aromasin on hand)
Pct: weeks 8-12
Clomid
Formastanzol
Creatine
Rstransderm or testfusion
N2slin
Weeks12-16
Bridge
Would like to try a sarm or peptide at this point.
Any suggestions or critiques?
