currently been trying this stuff called proteins, i take 25g of protein right before workouts, seems to help with my strength a lot. i keep finding out that protein is in a lot of foods, and that's probably why i can't sleep at night(to much energy from the protein) what kind of foods is good to eat before sleeping without the protein? do you guys like protein? do you guys ever get hyper after eating a lot of protein? protein is like a aphrodisiac to me, after taking 5 to 6g's of protein, i find myself jacking off a lot. anyone else know about this protein stuff?
