back and shoulder acne

well just toards the end of my cycle i got the worst case ofacne...should i go to my doctor and ask him to prescribe me accutane? or will he send me to a dermatologist and all that shit...bros im talking its fucking BAD...thanks for the help folks i love you all....

Yea, he wont prescribe you tane, he'll send you to a dermotologist to get that, also they will run blood tests prior so getting at end of cycle may be tough if you are taking something that will throw the liver values off. Accutane is really rough on liver, that's why they monitor. with that said, the stuff DOES work, and I usually only have this problem at end of cycle also, never during. There are a few products I have tried that are OTC that took care of it too, Pantothenic Acid in large doses (It's Cheap) worked VERY WELL, I was shocked...there is also a kit OTC bump for someone that remembers the name, really works well, but costs more.

You wont get accutane.... They are only perscribing that at a Dermo, and then ONLY if you have a SERIOUS case of acne...

I had bad back and shoulder acne after my last cycle - 1st time that has ever happened. I used BenzoClin cream (Perscription) and it cleared up in less than 2 weeks. I also was perscribed MinoCyclene, but did not take it to avoid the sensitivity to sun light. The Benzoclin did the job nicely and it is odorless and dries right away.

On a side note: Isn't it kind of sad that just when you feel like walking shirtless to show off your new gains made with the cycle, acne f*cks things up .. :( :mad:

If you're wondering about accutane, then I can shed some personal light on this drug for ya....

I had really bad acne for most of my teen years and through to my adult life as well....lemme tell ya...i tried everything on the market man!!.....the acne was ruioning my life!!
If I heard pizza face, a fight broke out immediately!!...I finally had enough....heard about accutane anmd also knew a friend that had been on it before.....so i went to the doc who sent me to the derma doc......he prescribed me with 6 months of accutane, coming back once a month to have liver values checked before he would give me the next months worth.

The side effects (which I was warned about ahead of time) were really harsh at 1st. 2nd day on, the following side effects were:

Lips were chapping like crazy
starting getting bleeding nose a few times a day (1st month)
every corner or edge of my body skin was cracking and drying out like crazy
hands cracked and bled
ears, nose and around eyes were cracking and bleeding
if I rubbed my finger nail across my facial skin too hard, it would cut open and bleed
cloudy days, i was still getting a tan....sunny day I was burning almost instantly
had to use eye and nose drops
had to use lip balm and rub moisturizing cream all over several times a day

The 1st couple months, expect the acne to get wayyyyy worse too!! But whatever you do, DO NOT PICK AT THEM...THEY WILL SCAR AT THIS STAGE
Now this sounds horrible....I know....but with the proper creams and precautions, you can rastically lower the sides from it. Also, after those horrible 1st 2 months the side effects went away and so did the acne.

I mean ALL THE ACNE ON MY ENTIRE BODY...not a single zit to be found at all!!!!! I was amazed...after 6 months of treatment, i came off and did not see one single zit for about 2 years!!!!!!!!

Now like 5 years later, I only get occasional acne.....1 or 2 here and there...no biggie at all..

Accutane changed my life forever.....sooo happy i did it......it was the best solution for me.....but everyone is different too......hope this helps in your decision...

What was your dosage like 80mg/day ?? I took 20mg/day and got the chapped lips at first, but that's it luckily.

i honestly can't remember the dosage...it was a long time ago...but he started me out at a low dose, then bumped it up after liver values came back ok.

aftert hat run with this stuff, i wanted to grab anyone with bad acne and tell them about accutane...but I have also heard some pretty bad things about it too......really bad depression etc.....I was depressed as all hell when I was on it...but i was also going through a REALLY BAD BREAK UP...which I'm sure had alot to do with the depression...

Probably was, I have had no sides except the chapped lips but if you keep something on them it goes away, forget to apply it and you get reminded right away, but it does work, and QUICKLY
 
in the past I've found 3-5 grams of B-5 and 3 of Syntrax's guggulbolic/day kept me acne free. Remember to start preloading it a month before your cycle and run it thru PCT. Long time but if vanity's your thing, I'm sure this is the least sacrifice you'll make

Like I said bros..and like Indy said.......big huge massive bump for Accutane...as far as i was concerned........loved the end results....just use the proper creams etc and you'll be fine...and if you're going to try it out, then winter time is the best time to go on it as it makes you pretty sensitive to sunlight....

Oh yea important info I forgot, especially since you live near my old neighborhood newbie, STAY OUT OF THE SUN, when on Accutane, not a good mix.

Do some research on Accutane first. Don't fuckin' jump into using that shit. Go to the Doc bro!!!!!
Also, if you're coming off, acne is typical. If it is severe, please see a Doc first...PLEASE.

Another thing, in a year or less, Accutane will be pulled from the shelves.
