Its been quite some time since I posted, things got weird a while back and I decided that my best move was to quit posting and just observe from time to time. It sucked cuz I love to participate. Glad to say the mods have really gotten things squared away from what I've seen lately. Time to join in.

I see alot of posts regarding best cycles and such so I thought I'd offer one of my favorites up. I'm not gonna bore you to death trying to convince you I know my shit or this will make you grow, but I think you can judge the logic and results for yourself. For me this is a can't miss growth cycle. Simple, but very effective.

Weeks 1-6 500 mg test( I like sust.) and 20-25 mg dbol (daily)
Week 7-12 500 mg test and treb. 75 (daily)

Bring in some clomid in week 10 and run it for 4 weeks at 100mg daily for a week and then 50 mg daily for 3 weeks. I like to run clen from week 10 as well for about 6 weeks at days on 2 days off at whatever dose gives me some good heat.

Diet 600g carb. 400 prot. fat (low as possible but including flax and fish oil).

Key is pre and post workout. Be sure to get 40g. rapid absorbtion protien preworkout. High intensity workout is a must. Before my last set (which will usually take about 10 mins) shoot 10-20iu's humilin-R and during the set consume a carb drink containing 100g carbs; 10 g l-glutamine; 10 g creatine. 30 minutes post workout consume another 40g protien shake. Follow with good meal 1-2 hours later.

I know the test levels are low, but the real players are the dbol and treb. The test is there as a baseline support. Also, dosages need to be adjusted for the individual. Especially the insulin which should be gradually increased to mfind ones adequete dosage. Insulin shock can be deadly but it is not a serious threat if the proper precautions and dosages are kept sane.

This cycle will put on a solid 15-20 lbs. I'm 5'11 and this cycle took me from 215 to 232 with minimal water retention. I used arimidex at a gram a day. I'm sure some people will have issues with this cycle and some will say it is underdosed, it seems someone always thinks every cycle is, but I assure you my results were phenomenal. I'd be glad to answer and criticism or questions regarding the cycle and I apologize for any things I've boneheadedly left out. Good to be back bros.
 
Welcome back, thats a solid cycle but I personally dont like Dbols so I would run winny or something for the first 6.
 
Whats not to like? The size, the strength? Just kidding greek. I know everyone has different preferences, but for me dbol=size and strength explosion. No real sides if I use an anti-estro but I get good results at fairly low dosages. I also wanted to clarify that I meant to say take the insulin before your last exercise and drink the carbs and other goodies as you complete the sets of the exercise whioch should take abot 12-15 minutes. This really floods the muscle with insulin and thus nutrients which leads to growth. I swear you can get great results just following the pre and post work out insulin,carb protien, creatine and glutamine loading. Insulin is freakin unbelievable as an anabolic. Another variation I've utilized was coming in at week 10 with primo and running that for 12 weeks. Yeah thats no typo. You'll keep mevery ounce of muscle you put on, minus the water retnetion which won't be too great if you use the arimidex. You'll also be able to reduce caloric intake and in combo with the clen you'll be ripping down. Primo is great at the end of any heavy andro cycle and will act like cement for your gains but you'll lose some major size in the wallet. Just some additional thoughts. Love to hear from other experienced bros.
 
Everyone seems to be gaining real well with the slin. I saw bouncer had a good post on how to use it preworkout. I am finishing a cyc right now and I was thinking I might try it in my off time cause I am gonna stay away from the AAS for a bit to let myself clean out and everything.
