Wasup bros. Been out of the game doing the work to damn much thing for the past year and a 1/2. Ready to hit it hard and get back into shape. Question, I've got test and deca for a nice 12 weeker. I've been training for about 3 months hard again getting back into the swing. Diet is pretty clean and getting the protien I need. How long do you think I should wait until I venture over to the dark side. I'm thinking my 6 months back and consistent will do it. I'm 37, 6'3, 205 and about 12-15bf. Thanks in advance and it's good to be back @ Elite!!
