Back acne help

hey everyone, so i develop some bad back acne,(juice induced) what's the best way to clear this up? on the bottom i uploaded a pic of it. thank you any help is appreciated.

Eat clean, exfoliate the area, and take longer showers.

I have seen several people mention taking 3-5g of pantothenic acid a day (vitamin b5).

Getting some sun always helped me with my skin - dries out the acne and makes them surface/pop faster.

B5 and tanning helps.. also don't squeeze them.. its tempting but you will spread them

b5 tanning every acne wash you can but etc didn't fix it for me. Went to a dermatologist, started doxycicline and after 3 months its clearing up. The next step is accutane but there's a bad risk of sides

Look into vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene. Accutane is basically vitamin A which causes decreased sebum production.

Remember to eat clean this will help clear up the skin.

I went tanning and took Accutane (with no sides) worked wonders. You need to see a dermatologist to get them tho
