I've taken B12 before but it was always as tablets you put under your tongue. A friend recommended trying the oral spray.
My husband and I both took a spray, just ONE spray mind you, last night ... HOLY MOSES. Is this stuff SUPPOSED to jack you up? Like coffee but none of the jitteriness? I was cleaning cat pans and doing housework and he was organizing the photos on his harddrive, mind you, this was at midnight ...
Now I've had gut issues all of my life, plus I'm celiac, so I've always suspected I may be deficient in B vitamins, I take a B100 complex most days, and have for years, and throw a B12 in there every so often but is that normal? More importantly, will it do this all the time and is it safe as long as I don't exceed what the manufacturer recommends as a dosage?
Granted, I'm hypersensitive to stimulants to begin with, I get hyper on just one cup of strong coffee.
