B12 Injectible dosages?

Anyone tell me what the recommened dosages are for B12?

Also is it IM or SC?

it its 1000mcgs per ml

then do 1cc eod or every three days thats enough on it. what ever u dont use u will piss out anyway. i use it at 2ccs a week mon and friday and i have a very strong immune systemand keeps my appetite going good. oh and also it can be administered im, iv, or sub-q. which ever u prefer i do sub-q there is absolutly no pain with it in the least.

I found IM less painful than sub-q.
I do 1000mg. EOD

I was skeptic at first, but this stuff works better than I thought it would in increasing my energy.
