B12 and Insulin Needle

I have a 10 ML bottle of b12 50,000 Mcg. I wanted to know if its ok to use an insulin needle. and if 1000 mcg (.20/ML) Every day is ok to take

i take 1000 mcg/day using a 29x1" needle and shoot IM each time. It works fine for me.

yes, it will work...

I've used 500mcg and 1000mcg ED and it works well. B12 is a great supplement IMHO. I use 29 or even a 30g pin and it flows.
