If you don't have acne yet, run it at 1000mg per day and see how it turns out. If acne comes then bump the dose to 4000mg for 3-4 weeks, and then you can most likely go down to 1000mg/day for maintenance. This has worked very well for me, almost as well as Accutane.
i got some 1g tablets and ran them around 7-10g a day for awhile, didnt do much. i guess i need some stronger stuff. if your acne is not that bad, try it.

I used it at about 3 grams a day then gave up after a month with no improvement. I am natural but still have pimples on face back and chest... not to teh degree of severe acne but I would like them GONE. U guys think it would be worth it to try and take like 7g's / day or should i just roll to the doc and get some drugs?
