I got this b-12,

I know that all b-12 you get is prolly gonna be animal grade but this says only for anamil use and keep away from children,

how safe is it to take that

If you got your b-12 from a vet website and its injectible you can use it with no prob lem. I took mine to my doctor who checked it out and said its the exact product he had been RX'ing me for two years. They put all those disclaimers on because they don't want everyone in the country buying off the internet and administering to themselves. They also want to charge you for the office call and injection and b-12. I'm glad my doc is pretty cool.

And does it make a big difference in energy (whatever else it does) ?
