Some other dude said he did it that way and found research to confirm it. But i always have learned and done it in the muscle. I use a one inch 23 gauge and do it in my thigh.

You can give most anything SQ. The only difference is the absorption rate and how effective it works. There are some meds that are just better IM and some are better SQ, ie insulin is better SQ. b 12 is usually an IM shot. You can shoot it anywhere you stick for juice.

Typical dosage is 1000mcg a couple times a week. Some do more.
