b-12 dosage

How should i split up my b-12 during the week, how often how much ect. I took 500mcg today. I am 5'10 198. thanks for the help.

1000mcg / day for myself and working like a charm...i would bump it up to 10000mcg/ week if you are going to be "ON"...remember,b12 is non-toxic...---fyi

You can get it in the pharmacy up here. It is good stuff.

Lestat, about 1cc=1000mcg.

You only need about 800mcg per week but I have gone up to 3000mcg/week after a cycle.

I assure you bro you will have no problems. Several of my friends and I are on the exact same one. Vet stuff is good stuff when it comes to injectable b-12. No difference.
