canned chicken and heine's home style chicken gravy, heat it up in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Its sooooo good ;)
3g carbs, 0 fat, tons of protein. You could even add some fat free cheese or potatoes depending on your diet.

it's kippered herring; herring is a fatty fish - omega-3's :o
look for it in grocery stores - 99 cents per can for me, but the cost is justified it and it's actually palatable - yummy :martini:

So canned chicken actually tastes decent? I never bought it 'cause it just looks like it tastes processed. Gotta check it out sometime.

Have you guys ever tried canned clams? Just bought a can but I haven't tried it yet.

gross lol.

I used to hate canned chicken but it has so much protein I just cant help it. But heating it up and adding the gravy really makes it taste awesome.

I saw canned chicken at the store today, that shit is like $2.00 a can. Fuck that, I buy 8 frozen chicken breasts for like $5.00 at Trader Joes.

BTW
It was canned oysters, not clams and yeah, that shit was gross. Took like two bites and threw that shit away.

When I use to prepare canned clams I would saute' some fresh minced garlic in a pan with either butter or olive oil (grape seed oil) whatever, then add the can. Just cook long enough to heat up the clams and throw it over some cooked linguini or whatever. I use to like it when I ate pasta, but sometimes the clams can be a but gritty from sand. Oh, I used baby clams, canned, BTW.
I love using canned chicken in stews with lots of veggies. EASY.
