avg. dose for clen?

just curious what the avg. dose is of clen for a 200lb dude? actually what would a clen cycle look like?
thanks for helping me with this newbie question.:)
 
I'm a 200lb dude and this is my 2nd clen cycle:

Day 1: 60mcgs
Day2: 80mcgs
Day3-5: 100mcgs
Day6-12: 120mcgs
Day13: 100 mcgs
Day14: 80 mcgs


I used less the last two days because i was going to run out of it.

So basically, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off at 5-7 pills a day(100-140mcgs), drink 2 gallons of water a day and eat bananas or supplement (lightly) with potassium (200-300mgs before going to bed.)

If it's your first cycle start with 1-2 pills the first day and increase the dose by 1 pill a day until you reach 5. Expect the worst sides the first 3-4 days. Get some tylenol handy...
 
I know this is hard to answer andy but is just one 2 week cycle worth it? if not how many 2 on 2 off cycles do u have to do to cut the weight I have gained over my bulking cycle, about 20lbs?

2on/2off is beacuse the drug becomes ineffective after 18 days of continuous use. So just run ECA on the off weeks then jump back on clen. Use the taper like andy did.
 
Clen raises your metabolic rate by about 10 % (200mg of Dnp will raise it by 30%). So if you eat 2500 cals, it will burn off 250cals, and if you do cardio to burn another 250 cals, you are ahead of the game.

These are my results so far started at 201lbs, now 194lbs. (3-4 lbs in water weight). I still have about 6 days left.

Diet is the most important thing on clen.

or just use super clen...... I've been on this stuff for almost a month non-stop and never lost the effect ! :)

Exactly, after 18 days, it loses it's anticatabolic effects and it just becomes a slighlty better version of an ECA stack, therefore: it's not worth the money to use it past point. Eca is cheaper after all.

20 lbs! Holy shit Stiffler what were you eating! I'm guessing that last diet I outlined for you was not followed...
 
no no no, andy your diet worked I went from 18%bf down to 13%bf real quick! right now i'm in my 4th week of sust/dbol/fina cycle and its a 12 week cycle. im GUESSING I will want to cut 20lbs or so, cause I want to get down to maybe 10-11% for the summer. I

for cutting I was thinking about taking clen with xendrine, and hitting cardio hardcore, (I just picked my classes for next seester and now i will be able to fit in morning cardio with no problems!

I would take as many as you can. I can take 8-10 depending on my comfort level. Somedays I can take more, it's strange.

Well, if you are responsible and in fairly good cardiovascular health you should be fine. I did 2 weeks of high-intensity cardio before I used clen for the first time.
 
The most effect use of clen that I found was 3 consecutive cycles of 21 days each.

6 tabs a day for 21 days then 10 days off and start another 21 days.


I have found a distinct difference in product and get the best results with spriopent vrs oyflux,
