All the pics I choose for my avatar come back to big! Do I need photoshop or something to reduce the size....where do you guys get your pics....what about your animation avatars, where can I find those....it's pissing me off

you get pics all over the web etc. You can download a trial version of paintshop pro from jasc.com to shrink n image if ya want.
