How do I get the pic under your name?

Go to profile

Then edit options

Scroll down to bottom of page and click change avatar

Then you should be able to attach from there.

I attach but it doesnt show up.

Does the image have to be a certain size or does it automatically get configred?

Has to be less than 100 x 100 pixels.
