Automatic Teller Machines in Portugal, What Can't You Do?

ATM technology is well developed here. Maybe its the same in the US now, but it wasn't like that when I left. At first I was pissed because the lines moved slow, but you just have to know which machines are full service, and which ones are full service or just for withdrawals.

You can spend 10 minutes at a machine with paperwork in hand and walk away with bills done for the month.
