FAT CONSUMPTION and DNP.......

I was wondering how much dietary fat you guys consumed per day while you were on a DNP cycle. Please indicate if it was an all-out cycle or the slow and low approach.

I just started with the slow and low approach and am still tinkering with my diet. I am not really sure how i should be going about it, with regards to dietary fat.

Any suggestions?
 
If you are on a diet, you need to keep your fat intake low, dnp or no dnp. I do not count fat grams on a diet, but I do make sure that I'm eating very lean meats, and try to trim fat in all other areas as well, especially saturated fats.
 
You should be going high carb for best fat loss. Something like 55/30/15 carbs/protein/fat. Although that's not an absoulute by any stretch of the imagination. The most importan part is high carb.
 
i don't consider myself an EXPERT, but do have a few dnp runs under my belt..........i think, while on dnp, you have to consume fat to loose fat. i've done better just eating normally, not restricting fat or carbo content. i don't mean pigging out with 4 woppers and 2 large frostys, understand, just eating as usual. dnp seems to amplfy and multiply dieting practices for me. if i restrict carbos i get sluggish, blurred vision and light headed. too little fat and i don't loose very much bf.

one more thing: force water!! flood yourself with h20. the more you drink, the more you loose. clear piss is good piss!
