MrMuscle said:i mean if you change it around..for instance if you have dieted down for 12 weeks. low carbs, high protein type of thing. then you wont fart much at all..but when you gradually start to bulk up, lower your protein and put in more carbs, then the farts come back...so to me its mostly when i change my diet up that shit "Happends"
