its not the worst stuff ive ever tasted but i wouldnt buy it again, they were on clearance at the grocery store, 4 1 serving cups for a dollar, so i tried it

It tastes great if you have only aten 20grams or less of carbs per day for a month. If you arent a low carb diet then there really is no point in eating it b/c it has alot of fat in it, same as the regular stuff, better to go with lowfat b/c calorie content is lower

id probably agree with that, when i was on my keto diet i probably would of liked it a lot more
