Athlete needs help...

I'm a beach volleyball athlete at a pretty high level. I just started diving into the world of supplements (legal ones only) I'm taking Nitrix NO2 and Mega Creatine. I want to increase my speed strength and edurance but I still want to remain lean. I'm afraid the creatine will cause water retention and make me look bloated, I'm also concerned about cramping b/c we play in 100 degree weather with touch conditions. Any suggestions?
 
No matter which kind or brand of creatine that you take, just make sure that you have greater than average water intake. When does volleyball "season" start for you? Are you in the off-season?

What is your training like, or is supplementation your only concern for right now?
