Who would win in a fight to the death, Father Time or Mother Nature?

I don’t think it’s valid that if Mother won she would ultimately loose either, if time ceased and time is only valid in a frame her only complication would be how to determine the change of seasons.

If father time won though, would we be stuck with any weather at all, or just some suspended animation of what was while she existed?

This would be a fantastic exam question.
