aspirating

i have a question about hitting a vein. for some reason say i hit a vein while injecting, when i aspirate how much blood will come into the syringe?

maybe a drop, maybe 1cc. It depends, but is usually not much. Just pull out and go again.

I hit a vein the other day for the first time. I was shooting in my delt where I think it is a little more common to hit a vein, none the less it scared me,especially how much blood shoot in to the syringe, I just pulled it out and shoot into the other shoulder.

Blood comes out slightly after I inject anywhere but the glutes. Butt it happened a few times back in the day. If oil goes into a vein you can get a sick feeling if you don't die it usually passes though. Asperate every time there's no excuse. If you asperate and get no blood it's not going into a vein even if you punctured it while in the process putting the needle into a muscle.

Totally OK you most likely just pierced a vein. No big deal, just apply presure and the bleeding will stop. Now, if you hit a cappilary you will know my friend did and it shot the needle across the room and he pullsated streams of blood out his ass.

When i try and aspirate i pull back pretty hard, and nothing, i mean nothing come's into the needle. Should I be sucking back some clear fluid? Or will only blood come back, meaning i hit a vein?

thanks 21. I have one last question. so basically when you aspirate and you are in a vein blood will come into the syringe right? not just in the tip area?

you will see big bubbles of blood fill the syringe quickly. Believe man , you will definetly know when your in a vein. Its not the big of deal, when you pull out just apply pressure to the area cuz the blood will drip down your leg pretty quickly, i made a fucking mess in the bathroom one time.

IF you're not in a vein and you aspirate, then what? Does anything come in the syringe? Every shot so far i've aspirated and be able to pull nothing back

I've never had any blood fill the syringe while aspirating, but it's so hard to pull back with one hand that the needle tends to go back and forth a little. Am I tearing muscle? Will this cause me to be sore?

You will know, Because lots of blood will fill in the syringe. You should have your friends give you shoots it works way better or only shoot in the gllutes and quads. Use a mirror if you are shooting in the glute, it takes time to perfect like maybe 5 shoots or so. But my friends always are willing to help a brother out. ALWAYS ASPERATE and if the needle moves back and forth a little Oh well it might be a little sore but nothing like when you tense up.

If you aspirate in the muscle, the plunger bascially doesn't move backwards and the gear doesn't move in the syringe.

If your in a vein or a vessel the plunger will go backwards and you will draw blood into the syringe.

Simply remove the needle and syringe and re-inject and start over, aspirate and inject.


It happens.

Im not exactly what happens but i recall reading that if you inject oil dierectly into a vein it can cause your body temp to raise, heart beat to increase, and make you sweat. If you inject alot, like 3cc, i think it can have even worse effefts.
