Aspirate When Injecting ?????

Ok guys...Its Monday...I was up at like 8am reading through posts to get some last info before todays injection...I took my first NAPS today. I still gotta do my OMNA injection. But first let me ask you this. I keep reading that when you inject you have to aspirate to see if you hit a vain or not. ..I still don't get that...PLEASE TAKE ME STEP BY STEP...Does this meen that you have to fully breath in and out while you poke yourself...if no blood is shown after then you inject the juice.??? is that what it is...Please let me know..I don't wanna fuck myself up in anyway ..Ohhh yeah one more QUESTION...I'm gonna run NOLVA throughout my cycle at 10mg/day....Just wondering when is the best time to take it with the d_bol and omna cycle..

After you have inserted the needle into the injection site you pull back gently on the plunger. If you draw blood into the syringe then you are in a vein and need to pull out the needle and inject somewhere else. If you get air bubbles then you are safe to inject.

when u aspirate..

u stick the needle in and pull back on the plunger to see if any blood comes into the syringe. if u see no blood come into the syringe u aren't in a vein so inject. just make sure u don't move the needle. i've aspirated and got no blood but then accidently moved the needle into a vein. If im shooting more then 1cc, I stop after every cc and aspirate again just to make sure the needle hasn't moved.

Oh, and don't run nolva throughout your cycle. There's absolutely no need to and it is an impediment on muscle hypertrophy through its lowering of IGF-1. Only use it if you start to notice gyno.

THNX BROS on the info...BEEZERS about the NOLVA ..I feel that I have natural gyno in me...About a month ago I felt a really small lump behind my nipples...both sides....Now you can't see it but you could feel it...So its small..But anyhow..I 'm scared that when I juice it might get worse...And I won't be able to tell the signs of gyno...you know what I meen..thats why I was gonna run it throughout the cycle...
