who takes supplements that has aspartame in it and is it really harmful and what other ingredients should i stay away from?

personally, i really don't worry too much about aspartame. i think its a bunch of hooey, all those people saying how aspartame will give you brain tumors and all that. too much of anything probably isn't good for you, but i don't think a little bit of aspartame will be too harmful

IMHO? BLAH-BLAH-BLAH...........

We pump ourselves with tons of supplements, GOD only knows what they will eventually do to us, tons of AAS, and tons of food, yet we fret over asparmate.
