you're showing signs of a zinc overdose. i im'd you but when you finish dialing the big white telephone, try having some milk to slow/stop the absorption of the zinc.

either don't take zinc, or take it with food next time hon.

heres a little tip you can so overdose on zinc, and guess what its very painful and something you must avoid at all costs...

Due to my zinc intake a had the sweats, a fever, shivers, and vomitted two times...the second one was pure white foam thats tasted like zinc...im only posting this because all to often we think a little will help alot will do me great...
