If you and you're wife or you and you're husband should be planning to have a child, would you guys wait to start you're cycle until she is pregnant or not?
Should you women want him to wait?

If you start a cycle now, you're going to greatly reduce the chances of getting your wife pregnant. What happens to sperm count is quite variable among men on AAS. You may still be OK or completely shut down in a few weeks. Depends on the dose, response, drugs, etc. Concurrent use of hCG (500 - 1000 IU) 2x per week will probably maintain your sperm count during the cycle, but no guarantee. Personally, if pregnancy is the priority, I'd wait.

I would say if having a healthy child is a priority
PLEASE WAIT!!!!!!!!! I made sure he and I were clean for at least 3 months before I got pregnant even from birth conrol. A healthy child has to be the priority why take chances like that with a life. I think it is better to prevent than to be sorry later... Don't you???????
