OK, I'm old school and was out of the entire lifting world for a while but I'm back now and some things have changed. I have always used nolvadex on cycles to prevent the dreaded gyno. I just now read about arimidex and other aromitase inhibitors. If I got correct information, the aromitase inhibitors simply just stop all conversion of test to estrogen while nolvadex just blocks the estrogen receptors. Therefore a person only using nolvadex could still have other problems caused by estrogen such as the bloated look and "moon face". Is this correct? If so, an aromitase inhibitor would be far superior to nolvadex. Or should you use both?
