Aromasin permanent?

Just read some literature on Aromasin and it said the effects are irreversible???? What does this mean

Yep.

it suicides, irreversibly binds to, the aromatase complex, whereas letro and dex competitively bind to it, but eventually release it (hence levels of aromatase can be very high with cessation- which can lead to estrogenic rebound)

effect is permanent as to a specific bound AE. Tommorrows enzymes are another story.

read Aromasin profile ....

Having used aromasin, arimidex, letrozole ... for guys who are estrogen/gyno prone I suggest letrozole , for guys who are not estrogen/gyno prone go with arimidex.

Thanks Mr. X i think im going to stick with my letro, even for the exteneded use I plan on using it for Mac suggested aromasin, but with letro being literally 3x cheaper maybe more and now this im gonna stick with the letro.
