Aromasin - Estrogen Receptor Upregulation

Will taking Aromasin lonng term create more estrogen receptors and make them more sensitive to estrogen? At what dose in general would this occur? If one were to keep estrogen levels in the optimal range through the use of Aromasin, would this not be a problem (IE only a problem if you lower estrogen too much?)
