aromasin and progesterone?

i been hearing that aromasin can suppress progesterone, can any one give me some info on this matter, thanks

i dont think it can, aromasin is used for estro related sides only. Products such as dostinex are used for progesterone. Not 100% sure though.

Someone a while back on here was referencing a study floating around that arom-masin could actually help with progestegnic gyno....not sure what the validity of this theory is

I saw Mav mention this in a recent post. I did a quick search to see if I could find any clinical trials mentioning this but came up empty. It was only quick and I was intending to research further but maybe Mav can post up something if he has.

I think it was Letrozole than has some Progesterone lowering effects, by how much who knows.

- dostinex combats prolactin, not progesterone

- the aromasin downregulating progesterone receptors (and estrogen receptors if I recall) was from multiple breast cancer studies - if I get a chance I'll dig them up on the weekend
