Bodybuilders looked a lot better in the 60’s than today.

Coleman looks like a genetic mistake compared to Arnold or Steve Reeves.

Arnold...no comparison. Supposedly he was 6'2" and 240, contest weight. I'm 6'2" and would like to someday be 240 lookin like he did. :D

Anyone know where I can get another 50 lbs.? I'm 30 and my metabolism STILL hasn't slowed down! Hard gainer here. And I eat about 4000+ cals. a day (if I eat less than about 3000 I feel like Im going to die of starvation). I'm cursed. :(

Answer is simple. Eat more. If 4000 doesnt make you gain atleast 1 pound each week and 3000 feels like starvation, EAT MORE CALORIES. Period.

6000+ should do. If not 7000,if not 8000 then 9000. Use super weightgain poweders, its like manna from GOD.
