Which do you prefer and what's the usual dosage on each?

I hear a lot more positive things about Arimidex over Proviron. Since Arimidex is so much more expensive, Ill stick to proviron for now.

Arimidex hands down during a cycle. I perfer Proviron post cycle to avoid the androgen crash (depression, reduced sex drive, ect), and as an anti-e.

As an anti-est, arimidex works wonders. As how much to take of it----it depends what u r on and what type of dose, take anywhere from .25mg to 1mg per day.

arimidex is amazing stuff-I'm taking high doses of test right now with no bloat/water retention for the first time ever in a cycle. I generally use .25 per day but I think it depends on the individual person and their supplement use. Its more expensive but I'm bulking with no moon face which makes the price worth it to me.

Arimidex gets my vote. My rule is 0.25 mg per 250 mg of test.

Yes they do both but Arimidex or liquidex (which is the same but cheaper) are far better BTW how much test are you gonna use ?

Both Pro & Ari will prevent gyno and bloat. Proviron at 25-50mg's a day from the start will keep these sides away. However, since proviron only stops steroids from aromatizing, I always keep Nolva or Arimidex around during post cycle therapy to help with estrogen levels.

. Proviron is taken during a steroid administration or after discontinuing the use of the steroids, to eliminate a possible impotency or a reduced sexual interest. This, however, does not con-tribute to the maintenance of strength and muscle mass after the treatment.
Proviron is also an estrogen antagonist which prevents the aromatization of steroids. Unlike the antiestrogen Nolvadex which only blocks the estrogen receptors (see Nolvadex) Proviron already prevents the aromatizing of steroids. Therefore gynecomastia and increased water retention are successfully blocked.


Arimidex ,anti-aromitase that is used by many body builders to help prevent bloating (edema) and Gynecomastia (bitch tit) associated with the use of testosterone and androgens.

bro stick w/ the rimmies, if you can afford em. if not you can't go wrong w/ the Nolva & proviron combo.

w/ rimmies you can control the estrogen before it becomes a problem. if you are "late" use the nolva/proviron combo. immediately add rimmies & taper away from the nolva /proviron combo.

Ugh, ok I'm getting more confused now, I just came back fromt he gym and my heads all dizzy and shit. I thought all I needed after the cycle was clomid?

OK can someone please just let me know what I need to take for gyno and bloat if I'm doing 500mg of test per week, tell me when to take it, how much to take, and whatever. All i want to know is either Arimidex or proviron, I was going to go with pro cause it's cheaper, but then I saw something about a nolvadex/provirin combo... It's confusing me.

burning, this might be a dumb question. are you suseptable to gyno & bloat from 1/2 gram of test weekly ? what kind of test ?are you stacking it w/ anything else ? nevermind i read that it is going to be a test only cyc.

well, one thing is for sure, do not start your cyc. w/o any ancillary drugs. but i dont think you shouldn't have much probs w/ 1/2 gram weekly.

if you dont want to take any chances supplement your test w/ rimmies first. if you cant, be sure to have @least nolva & proviron on hand.

yes burning, thats right. thats what i would do.

in the above post about the liduidex, all i have heard is that it is effective & cheap wrt brand named arimidex.
