I've heard that it's not effective to split arimidex as the pill is not evenly distributed and there are other factors involved like binders etc. I'm not an expert on the manufacturing of pills, so this is just what I've heard from other people.
Did you mean .50 ed? I have taken as much as 1mg ed, but it was only when I "felt" my nipples... usually I'd stick to about 1-2 ed... depending on how I felt.
