Arimidex

I am taking 800mg of test a week, how much Arimidex should I be taking? I was thinking .5mg every other day. Is that enough?

Maybe, maybe not. See how you respond to all that test. If you start to get too much water retention, bump it up to .5mg ED. If that doesn't work, bump it up to 1mg/ED. Just get a feel of what works best for you.
