depends on your cycle... usually .25mg/ed or .5mg eod for smaller cycles and 1mg day for heavier cycles

clomid is not an anti-estrogen for use in that sense... it is used to help kickstart your normal testosterone proudction going after a cycle... you need arimidex, liquidex, proviron, or nolvadex (other too) to protect against non-progesterone related gyno
