Arimidex??

Will arimidex help you lose a little water retention if you had some?.im not on anything right now but wondering if it would help with a little water loss? just curious

Only if the water retention is estrogenic in nature. Obviously, a diuretic would be needed is if was aldosterone, renin-angiotensin, in nature.

Depends on why you are retaining water. The most basic diuretic, the thiazides, are the most common. You also have carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, combination diuretics, loop diuretics, and potassium sparing. Which diuretic and the dosage depends on physical exam. Does you suffer from obvious edema? High Blood Pressure? Cardiac Problems? Are you truly suffering from high estrogen levels? Get the picture?

yea i see. it could be an elevated level of estrogen. the doc gave me some but he told me to take 1mg twice a week. is that enough?

I recommend 25mg of aromasin daily to my clients--during a Test cycle. Some use less. No estrogenic side effects and no adverse effects to your lipid profile--unlike arimidex and femara.

I was on 1mg arimidex /day on a heavy test cycle and bridged over to aromasin. within a week or so, lost another 10 pounds of water and became really cut and tight.

This was my bulk cycle, but now with aromasin, all my cycles are lean body mass gain cycles now, plus no water drop post cycle crash.
