First of all I would like to excuse my bad englisch

I couldn't find what I wanna know in the search-mashine, so here is my question?


I had to quit my last Testcycle after a few weeks, because of beginning gyno-symptoms. The dose was 350mg Propionat a week, supplying with 30mg Nolvadex ed.
As you see my Breast is really sensitiv to a gyno. So next time I wanna try Arimidex.
How much do you think I need to avoid any problems next time(remember how sensitiv I am)?

.25mg per 250mg of Test is sufficient I think, if you are really sensitive maybe .5mg/ED for 350mg Test would do the trick.

A single tab of 1mg per day is ideal.

All these sub 1mg suggestions were from back when Arimi was really expensive, now it's dirt cheap why risk using too little.

Liquidex is dirt cheap, arimi tabs are still kinda expensive.
As far as I know.

I'm paying a lot for Arimidex, so for me it would make a big difference weather I take 0,5mg or 1mg ed.

I was hoping to get some Information from guys, who are really sensitiv to gyno as well. How much these guys take to be absolutely free of any problems.

In your case I would use no less then 1mg/ED.

I'm at 1mg now taking a 500 mg Test, and 400 mg Eq cycle. My nips are itchy and swelling. Im using Nolvadex now as well. I definitely wouldnt use less than 1 mg, and have Nolvadex on hand too. I havent ever taken Nolvadex and hope it takes care of the problem. Good luck!

Your Post tells me, that Arimidex isn't that safe as I thought it was. If you're getting itchi and swelling nibbles I'm sure I'll get 'em too

It works for most, but if your overly sensitive to gyno like I am, make sure you have everything you may possibly need. (Arimidex, Nolvadex) Proviron may be of benefit as well. I wish I would have used it from the start too.

I know a guy, who got the mammary gland removed and believe it or not, when he takes test, d-bol or stuff like that he still get hurting breasts.
