Arimidex or Femara while on?

Current cycle:

Test Enth. 600mg / wk (weeks 1-12)
Tren Enth. 450mg / wk (weeks 1-12)
Dbol 30mg / day (weeks 1-4)

(this is a standard cycle for me - have run it before in years past)

I am in week 3 and am starting to feel the hard lump under my nip. Nip is sore (only one showing symptoms currently).
I seem to struggle with gyno related symptoms each cycle (been at this for a better part of a decade)
I have started Arimidex @ 1mg per day (only on for a few days now). started at first sign of symptoms.
My question is, should I use the arimidex or Femara (and if so, what dose?) as I have Femara on hand also.

Am I correct in stating that Femara can aid in the reduction of prolactin / progesterone attributed to the Tren?
