arimidex and love handles

Is there bros here who often use arimidex to destroy love handles due to oestrogenic fat ? how long (all the year?...)
I used it once for 1 month at .5ed and it gave me great results on love handles and fat on lower pecs.
what about you?

I would NOT suggest using it year-round bro. If it acts like its close cousin "liquidex" then your cholesterol values may get significantly elevated from prolonged use. 4 months at a time with just as long of a break would be my suggestion.

Estrogen,while in abundance leads to cosmetic nightmares,also has some health benefits.In liver tissue,it helps regulate cholesterol manufacturing,and particularly modulates production of the good cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein(HDL).So it's a wise policy to cycle arimidex/liquidex,and it is also wise to toss in a SERM such as tamoxiphen,which can act estrogenically in liver tissue.There is also some data which suggests the OTC supplement QUERCETIN,a polyphenol/flavanoid may possess this benefit as well.

BTW,to the original poster,YES!Liquidex has probably been one of the best items I have ever used to help take of those 'stubborn' areas of lipid disposition(love handles/lower pecs).I will always use it in every cutting diet from now on.
